RESERVATIONS

We suggest advanced reservations. To hold a room we require a deposit equal to one night's lodging or 50% of your total stay (whichever is greater). The balance and tax is due upon arrival. Reservations made less than 2 weeks in advance can be secured with a Credit Card.

CANCELLATIONS

Your deposit will be refunded less $10.00 if your reservation is cancelled 2 weeks prior to your arrival (30 days if holiday or special event). If you cancel your reservation within the 2 weeks prior to your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited unless the room can be rented, in which case there will be only the $10.00 cancellation fee.

We prefer cash, traveler checks, or personal checks, but we also honor Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

DIRECTIONS

We are located at 307 East 1st street.

From Denver, take Highway 285 South (you will turn left at Johnsn's Village to stay on Highway 285.) Turn left on to Highway 291. It is about 10 miles into Salida. Highway 291 and 1st Street are the same in Salida. We are on the corner of 1st and D Streets on your right.

From Highway 50 in Salida, take Highway 291 (traveling from the East take a right and traveling from the West take a left.) Highway 291 becomes 1st Street after the bend in the road. We are on the corner of 1st and D Streets on your left.
