What better place to spend your Colorado winter vacation than the Rocky Mountains?   One of our guesthouses can be your home base while you experience all of the winter activities you enjoy.  The Monarch Ski Area offers nature’s powder for skiing or snowboarding for the novice or extreme skier.  If you prefer snowmobiling, you can rent equipment and create your own adventure or take a guided tour.  Either way, the views of the 14,000 ft. mountain peaks and the valley below can be breathtaking.  After an invigorating day on the slopes, you can look forward to returning to your cottage rental for a rest. Then, have a leisurely meal at a local restaurant, do some shopping, or take in a movie.  When you are re-energized, you can set out on a new adventure.
